My husbands passport had to be sent to the the VAC office then will be returned to the local post office.

Thanks for your reply . I think it was sent to wrong place though . I’m not there to send it in and it was sent to high commission instead of the vac due to some confusion . So I’m hoping they would either send it to the right place (highly doubt it) or just send it back to dhl . So I can have it resend to correct place.

When was it sent in?
Have you Checked Gckey for the approval or Counterfoil?
If it was sent directly through DHL then you're fine.
Lastly was it from Kingston or Mobay side?


Many different factors. But I don't think you should worry. Mine was sent directly to the embassy via DHL

oh may I hope so.
It was sent in last week .
No updates as yet on gc key . And ,
It was sent from dhl in Kingston.

Okay I waited 5 weeks and 1 day from submission. The passport is ready for pickup at DHL today but we’re going to get it tomorrow as the day was done.

Everyone’s case is different so just hope for a speedy return.

hey, did they ask anyone for a new schedule A form when asking to redo police record due to it being expired? I just want to know if it was maybe something i missed that i need to look out for or if its just standard !

Did you receive a separate email with the DHL tracking number? Unfortunately our passport has to go to the VAC office first, but curious if they send another email with DHL info.
