You can but sponsoring fiance to come with TRP is red flag. Its difficult to overcome “return back to home country after studies”. Why not getting married, file spousal sponsorship and if he want to study he can do so as domestic student, low tuition fee

Hi Simba112, thank you for your response. That's actually the original plan, but because of the pandemic and lockdown innour home country, me and my kids were not able to go home, and we don't want to risk kids' health.. that how we came up with this option.
