Yes you have to include blank pages.
Make sure to send it to the correct email.
They have 2 emails.
One for general inquiry and one for passport copies.
Also make sure to name your file according to the instruction provided.
After sending the email, let me know i you receive any confirmation email from them.
I did not receive any confirmation email.
howlong ago did you send it ?

Anyone who sent scanned passport copies to the Hamilton office, did you receive any confirmation email that your email was delivered to them?

I sent scanned copies of my passport and did not receive any reply. I had my interview a week later and it went smoothly.

The email came on 23rd july to submit the passport copies and i did submit the same day. Until now my online tracker says the action is pending on me. last week i have sent web form to inquire if they have received my passport copies and the response was that they haven't received. They asked me to submit again using the web form which I did last Friday. Not sure how come they didn't receive yet. when did you send yours?

There was an email address mentioned in the letter, which was the one I emailed my passport copies.

Same thing happened with us too.
If you did mot receive an “undeliverable” error, they must have received your passport copies. I had raised question using webform, and I was advised to upload it via the webform again. However, on emailing the officer if the copy was received, they confirmed that they have received the scanned copies.

Good to see some movement regarding test invitation from Hamilton office!

that is amazing, i cant wait for mine :D , Congratulations ! what was it like to do the oath with hamilton ircc ? howmany people approx ?

Thank you. :D. The ceremony took upto 2 hours and there were 46 people present for the ceremony. Most of the time is spent waiting to be registered and for identities to be verified.
The ceremony kicks off with the citizenship judge making a short speech welcoming all of us and congratulating us for passing through many hurdles to reach upto this point. Next off, you take the oath of citizenship followed by singing the national anthem of Canada. You feel a swell of pride while reciting the oath and singing O Canada. Finally, you have to sign the oath form in front of IRCC officials & cut up your PR card. Then if required you get an opportunity to take photos with the citizenship judge,
Once the ceremony ends, you should email the scanned copy of the signed oath form & photos of your cut up PR card to IRCC asap.
