ArriveCAN - Receipt not showing anymore

Hello All,

I have landed in Canada 6 days ago and currently in Quarantine for 14 days, Until 5th day I was getting regular notification in ArriveCan and I was updating my daily check up on the Mobile App. Today when I received the notification and open it up, I saw that my form was not showing, it only shows to create new form. For now I have updated my daily check up via phone call, but I want to know How I can bring back my old receipt? I try to create new one, but my date of arrival is passed and I cannot select the older dates.

Anybody who is in similar position? need guidance.

Same situation as me and my friend :D. I completed daily check in twice and today I just called the number to report. No idea on how to fix it.

My 8th Day is approaching, I was looking to get assistance through app for the Covid Test on 8th Day. But this issue happens. I hope it gets fixed before the 8th Day.

The 8th day test is administered by switch health, check out the box. You can go on youtube to see what it's like. A nurse on a call will help you with it.

I tried again recently and successfully submitted it.

You don't have to book the on arrival test, you just have to create an account with the company managing the tests in the airport. Eg: switch health in Toronto Pearson.
