hi folks,

I submitted my EE PR Jan 2021, and today i received the GMSC notes which include this message:

Text:*** AGENT REVIEW*** POLICE CERTIFICATES R10 OK; Officer please review PC from SINGAPORE,
EDOC#xxxxxx CRIMINALITY NOT PASSED
Recommendation: Review Required

also in my assessment it is :

Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: In Progress
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Info Sharing: In Progress

Could someone explain to me why my criminality is NOT passed? have you guys faced the same thing? if it is not passed, does it mean that i would get rejected soon ? or will it cause me to a longer processing time?

my case has been processed for 5 months already and i am so desperate to see this status shown in my GMSC notes.

also, can anyone suggest what i can do ??

What’s wrong with your Singapore police certificate? Do you have any records? If so, it’s probably best to proceed through an immigration lawyer since it may be some criminal inadmissibility issue.

It may also be an issue with the police certificate itself - maybe it expired or the format was wrong. They’ll likely send you a procedural fairness letter or request additional documents that you need to respond to.

Did you submit it in color ?

also, was the PCC issued after the day you last visited singapore ?

If you're a singaporean, there's no expire date on the PCC but for visitors , make sure that the date you left is being covered on the PCC.

hi I am not Singaporean , and the expired date is being covered on the PCC.

Criminality depends on all the PCCs attached and Biometrics.
Has there been any negative issues identified in any of your PCCs including wrong format?
Does your GCMS note say "Not Passed ?" conclusively.
I see conflicting status in GCMS:

Have you ordered a recent one to check if there are any additional info.

hi , I think one of the PCC from Singapore that the Singapore Police issued to me shows a different starting date from what I have filled on the form. I entered Singapore as visitor then change the visa status to Student after staying there for one week. So the singpaore police officer told me that the certificate could be issued only starting from the date that you r a 'student' status.

i have also included the email response from the police officer in the application, as well as a letter that wrote by myself to explain this issue. I thought there should be no problem regarding this but unfortunately they still note it as 'Not passed'....

yes I have recently ordered another note and also I have sent tons of inquiry web form to follow up with my application processing progress. unfortunately there is still no progress at all, even though I saw from the notes that some memo are added in.

do you guys recommend who should I contact with?

why the security is still not started yet? do I have to send email to urge them to start it soon?

If there was issue with dates then the application would have been refused immediately. They are strict about pcc dates.

thanks for you guys asking. finally today I received the latest ATIP notes and I see that my criminality is shown as PASSED! it has been taken over 6 months for this part.

now the status 'In Progress' is just 'Info sharing', all others are 'PASSED'

BUT somehow, I saw that there is some notes put under the section as below:

Min Relif - Org Crime

the same officer as I can see he/she put notes under this section, and changed the status of criminality to 'PASS'.

do you guys know what does that mean?
