CRS -484 -NOC 2174-but no provincial nomination yet

Hi pls I got NOI on the 21st of July but was not directed to which stream I belong I was only told I should chose which stream I would like to be assessed with, so I chose HCP stream, but I haven’t submitted yet, but I am still confused about if I am in the right stream or not,

This is what I got:

Notifications up to date: 2021 July

• Human Capital Priorities stream – 4,365
• French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream – 489
• Skilled Trades stream – 1,324

The headcount is 8350.
So only 2172 left? -- meaning another HCP draw??

8350 is for total nominations not for NOI's. Last year only around 2.3k were nominated under express entry even though they sent more than 6000 NOI's.

last year the situation was a bit different. From the latter half of the year, the FSW draws were resumed, so I wouldn't be surprised if many people had given up their OINP nomination.
