New PR confirmation portal

Hi guys,
I was able to login the pr confirmation portal, but my partner’s case was missed under my account. I chose option A when I replied the first portal email.
Does anyone have a similar situation?

Has anyone tried emailing the client portal email and has received a reply form an officer?

I did.
It was an outland dependant concern and they replied a day later that they missed some information and corrected it.
I'm feeling that they only respond to a more important issue than those usual complaints they're getting, like statuses of applications, asking for updates, etc.

Can I apply for sin while eCopr amendment.i have typo in place of birth .please help

yes you can
same with my hubby, it can easily be corrected anyway at service canada when you get it amended.

When you sent the email that you're choosing option A, did you write your partner's information like full name and UCI?
I did this and I had no issues.
If yes to above question, you should email IRCC Client portal about this asap.

Thank you for your reply. Iv emailed them a couple of times and never got a reply the last email to them was regarding my photo revision when I called the ircc agent they said my photo was not received so I emailed them that today some officer got back to me telling he can see my photo. But I'm not sure if that officer did anything more than verifying if my picture was on my file. This wait is so frustrating.

Hello,
3 days ago I got a request from Ircc to submit 2 more documents which I did immediately that same day! My aor is 7th march w one dependent inland! @legalfalcon , whats your opinion?
That was the first activity I have seen on my account! Will I receive my golden mail any day ? Or was it bad to receive an document request ?? They wanted proof of cohabitation and one other document! The deadline for the cohabitation letter would be monday 17th august. But as I said I already submitted everything the same day!
Please if anyone knows anything, let me know cheers

I wasn't able to link my PR Card application at first either. But tried to make changes to my Place of Birth several times and it worked. Make sure the place of birth exactly matches your passport(including commas and upper case/lower case). Hope this works

Thanks. I just reduced one space in between my city and state of birth. It worked.

Hi guys! Would the subject line matter on the reply to the Portal Email?
My agent forwarded the email to me. I replied without deleting the "FW:" from the subject line. However, the subject line does contain my application number.

Hey I got my ecopr june 25. Linked pr card application but no update at all. I believe nobody has looked at my photo yet as I havent received any ghost update. Should I contact them ?

Hey you can try but honestly nothing works with Ircc they will work on file only when they want to. Iv even contacted my local MP nothing works i know it's frustrating but it's just a wait game with them. And the ircc customer care agents are pathetic each one gives different answer.

I guess I will wait ! I hope I get it by next month. I will be moving to a new place in October. Otherwise, I have to call them to update my address and then it could cause more delay.

finally received my PR card today.
Timeline
Ircc PR confirmation portal email: 25 july
New credential for PR: 26 july
Upload photo and address: 26 july
Received eCopr: 29 july
Received Card: 13 August
Still my photo and address is in review with IRCC.
