I submitted my study permit application since 11th of May 2021,May 25th biometric completed, June 16th medical passed , still on background check till now and class start September 1st. Pls what can I do?

Please, I applied for my study visa on April 17, 2021 and did my biometrics on April 23, 2021. I even sent a webform to IRCC on July 15, 2021 but up to date I haven't received any update or decision on my application. My program starts this September and I need to be on campus by the end of this month to be part of Teaching Assistantship Orientation because I was awarded an Assistantship position. Please, what can I do about this?

Ok, it takes time for non sds and now more due to covid anyways hope for the best.NON SDS
1. My study permit application has been on "we are processing your background check.." since July.... Please any idea on how long it take to complete background checks for study permit application.
2. The application was submitted online yet in a reply from ircc I was told that "your file is located at a canadian visa office in Ghana"... I was wondering how that is possible since I applied for submitted all my documents online

Can take up to 30 days or more for any response.I raised a webform last month and I haven't gotten any response up to date
I'm even tired of waiting. Their process is so stressful. They didn't make student Visas a priority like the US embassy did.Can take up to 30 days or more for any response.
