Guys I just got a call from A private number tha lady told me she is calling from Kingston High Commition of Canadá and this is what she told me " we sent a request to your representative from June 2 2021 requesting your Passport did you not get it?"

Omg really... You never took them off that's crazy

So aren't they gonna send you the letter? Try and log into Gckey and link your application. I think it will ask you if you want to remove the reps access. That person is just wicked. I really feel it for you.

Remove the representative and deal with it on your own. I can’t believe that I’m sorry this happened to you.

I did removed the representative or we thought we did so all this is a bit frustrating and to make a bad situation worst when my husband call the representative she said she did not received any email of such

How long now have you submitted the new form to cancel the representative

Ok. Try contacting immigration again, explained when you cancelled the representation and let them know the representative never got that particular letter as well. Also Get your MP involved to help resolve the issue ASAP.

So Hun. Have you tried the rep again? Are they still saying they have nothing? You need to get into your Gckey account. The letter will be there as well. It looks like the rep got the letter way before you put in to have them removed. Call CIC in Canada today to check? However they will only give the sponsor information if the forms have been received to have the sponsor replace them. Gosh if anything PM me ok if you haven't figured it out as yet.

Ok I will definitely need your help and I will let you know as soon as I get so info today. I already emailed the MP and the stupid rep said that she sent an email yesterday so I am awaiting the outcome of both
