Hi. I got email on the 21st of July 2021 for invitation for citizenship exam on July 23 to August 13. Immigration also asked me to provide coloured copy of my passport as pdf file. I passed the exam on July 23, 2021 with score of 19/20. I sent immigration my passport information plus translation with an affidavit on July 26 as pdf file according to the instructions emailed by immigration. In my tracker the citizenship exam has been updated to completed on August 5th. How do I know that immigration received my passport information ? Also how long do I wait for swearing Oath. I have a conference I need to attend next May. I would like to have the Canadian passport before that.

After a few days have passed, call IRCC and ask them if the passport pages have been added to your file. For me, it wasn't added for almost about 20 days so I sent them again via webform.
Assume it'll take about 3 - 5 months from the date the test results are validated to see a notification for oath on the dashboard but it might happen sooner than that.

Thanks so much for this information. I will call them tomorrow to check if they received my passport information. It has been about 15 days so far and it seems no update in my tracker about physical presence. I have emailed them my passport document through webform as well right now. Thanks for this suggestion as well.
Physical Presence will be set to "Completed" along with "Prohibitions" and "Language" when a decision is made on your application. That's how it usually goes. Submitting PP pages doesn't normally trigger "Completed" status for Physical Presence alone.
I see. that is exciting. I look forward for items to be completed. I have a conference in UK in May 2022 that I have to attend. I hope that I will have the Canadian passport by that time.
