What I hate the most is that they don't seem to process the application serially based on their date. How is it fair to those who applied early in the hopes of getting their decision early.

I agree with you. Actually we expected that a country like Canada should a systemic way for sorting of applications. This is totally unfair and against the merit to those who applied earlier but have not received their decisions yet.
