Just got an update today saying eligibility review has started and got my correspondence letter too.

I applied on March 14, 2024 and my permit expires on April 30, 2024 too. Please keep me posted regarding any update and I will also be doing the same. At the moment my application is in progress and review of eligibility hasn't started. Thank you.

Is anyone having issue with uploading the imm5709 file for permit extension? For some reason I keep on getting error even if I validated my form. It won't upload at all. Anyone know what the issue is?

My flight is from Kathmandu to Istanbul and Istanbul to Vancouver. Do I give the flight number of the one going to Istanbul or the one going to Vancouver? Thanks in advance.

Since you applied SDS your application is probably being processed in Canada so you can directly call them and ask for the update.

It's the same for Nepal and India as both are processed at the same place. Do you know how long it currently takes on average to get the passport back?

Can stamping process be expedited if we have a genuine reason?

As there is a huge study gap you have to give a really convincing reason for the purpose of her study and what she aims to do with the degree in the SOP. But a PG course after 10 years of study gap will reflect poorly on her profile so going for a master's degree would be a better idea.

What's her previous academic qualification, job and are you planning to apply from India or Qatar?

Is it true that in India it currently takes around 40 days to get your passport stamped and returned as opposed to 14 days?

I'm sure you've tried sending emails, if not then try it. Also, if you've sent the Delhi specific webforms then it won't work, try sending a general webform if you haven't done so already. There's not much I can say as it seems you've tried everything already. Best of luck.

Is the correspondence letter same as POE letter?

Can someone help me please. My university seems unaware about this letter. Can anyone tell me the specific name for this kind of letter so I can convey it to my university?
