One week till citizenship ceremony. No email notifications.

Hi everyone, my new tracker updated back in June to show that I’m scheduled to a citizenship ceremony next Wednesday. So far I haven’t received any emails about. I made a web form inquiry on Monday, also no response. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thank you!

Email the office that sent you test online info. I emailed them twice to ask about my status, and they responded me once (not a generic reply), so I think that email address should work... Also try calling them as well, hard to get a hold though. Some people received it very close to the date.

You might receive the email today (or probably tomorrow). If you don't send a webform immediately and also call IRCC. You can also try emailing your local office directly if you know the email ID (from the test invite). Some offices have different email IDs for test and oath (like Mississauga).
