Do all listening test going in order?

I've found some test(maybe they're not actual test) just get those from youtube
they are not going in order , so is it normal and usual ?

for example :

there are a huge ethnic groups in Finland like A , B , C , D , F , G , H ,...........and T .
but it's being said first G , H then A , B , C

They go in order. You'd better do practice tests from the Cambridge IELTS books. They issue 16 books so far, there are plenty of authentic, close-to-real tests to do. If you google "Cambridge IELTS books", there are many links for you to download them totally free.

Thanks and from 10 to 16 would be enough for getting high band ?

Yes they usually come in order

Not necessarily. It depends on your level of English language proficiency. Doing the practice tests certainly helps. But you must also have strong language abilities to achieve a high score.

and I think you mean by "language abilities" General knowledge and it depends on how much time you dedicate or practice directly or indirect
Language abilities is more on the usage and coherence while using a different language.
IELTS will require wide range of vocabulary not just in writing but in speaking as well.

Yes , memorising plenty of vocabs are really tough
Do not try to memorize vocabulary just to use them in writing or speaking: it may appear forced and inappropriate and this could affect your lexical resource grade. Reading alot of articles and watching high quality English documentaries will help you alot. Try to familiarize yourself with collocations and naturally sounding words
