April 2020 - Citizenship Applicants

Hi Everyone,
I've received the date for my oath taking ceremony as August 19th 2021.
It says so on the citizenship application dashboard.
But I haven't received the notice which is the official confirmation of the appointment, which should also contain the zoom link and additional documents required for the oath taking ceremony.
I've tried calling the cic help center and sent them a message as well using the online web forms but no response.
What should be my next steps???

You'll receive an email about a week or two before the ceremony. You should see an invite in your email later this week. Check your spam folder since it might end up there sometimes.

Guys one important question pls advice . I got my status all completed no ecas decision made . Can I travel to US and come back again to Canada if I get oath ceremony? Do u think they will not send oath invite if am not in country? Pls pls advice thanks

I dont see any issue. Dont update your address and travel. It should be fine.
There are many who are already in US and traveling to Canada for attending test and oath.
