CRS -484 -NOC 2174-but no provincial nomination yet

Hi All!

I have a CRS score of 484 (applying along with spouse and I am the primary applicant). My EE profile has been in the pool since April 2021 but till now I have not received a nomination from any province yet.

My NOC is 2174 and I have 3 years of experience as a web developer. I have read online that 2174 is quite in demand, but why is it that I have not yet received an expression of interest from any province? I have an overall 8.5 in IELTS as well - scored the highest possible in every category and my spouse scored 8777 too.

Getting a little disheartened now since the FSW draws are not being conducted and no nominations yet as well . Is there a way to make my profile more visible to provinces? Please advise.

Since you have only been in the pool since April and some people have been waiting months and years, then just take a deep breath and wait for a draw or nomination. There is nothing you can do.

You have not received nomination because your points is too high. I am in that same boat and I decided to reduce my points to 464. I am hoping I get nomination in the next tech draw.

You have not received nomination because your points is too high. I am in that same boat and I decided to reduce my points to 464. I am hoping I get nomination in the next tech draw.

Really??!! Omg....thanks for the heads up...well then guess I'll have to reduce mine too...worked so hard to get a high score, it sounds so counterintuitive! But come to think of it, I did notice that Ontario had sent EOIs to points within 300 a couple of draws ago...Well, thank you so much for your inputs. Hope both of us get some good news soon..cheers!

I am at same boat with you, with NOC 2174 CRS score of 493 fsw app, I remember the last tech draw is in April, so why are you not get invited.

This is what I got:

Notifications up to date: 2021 July

• Human Capital Priorities stream – 4,365
• French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream – 489
• Skilled Trades stream – 1,324

The headcount is 8350.
So only 2172 left? -- meaning another HCP draw??
