How do I check if there's a ghost update? My agent sent me a screenshot of the CGKey account and the latest update showed "July 24, 2021, you passed the medical exam"
You can only see it if you have an access to GCkey. I have prepared the application myself so i got the access to GCkey
When having a GU, on the main application page, the status will show “ application updated” . However, when you go into application details, you will not see any changes. As i follow this thread for a long time, normally it will reach an important milestone if having a GU such as : security pass, pal, decision made, transfer…
Wish luck to you . So ask for help from your agent to follow up for you and check for DM are only things you can do for your case!

Finger crossed. I hope I will get it soon. I check the status of my case every day. According to my agent, they are running my background check. Everything else seems done.
Remember you/ your representative to check email regularly. The email is sent from IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca for Portal information
there is no message in GCKey about this portal creation
hope it helps and one thing you need to ensure that you have updated your address into Canada address . They will not process if your address in your profile is outside Canada ( how to check : check your address at Ecas to ensure you got it right)
Exactly same mine too. Received DM in Ecas on Aug 4th - AINP and one email from portal team about the portal process in French language and stating follow attachment.however there no attachment in the email. Further no update email and GC note till now. Is exactly same. Did you receive any update further.
If I were you, I should do the following:, or you can inbox me so I could foward to you the instruction in the attachment.

- Reply to the email with following infor:
- 1. The email address that you want to create Portal
- 2. Option A, I will act on their behalf.( if you have dependants)
