As per my understanding, AOR2 is when the visa office starts processing the application. In ECAS, status changes from In Process to Application Received again, before changing again to In Process.
Prearrival is when applicant eligibility is determined but some background check is pending. Thats closer to Decision Made on ECAS and PPR.
Again, juz my understanding.
Does that mean by your revert that my AOR2 date is July 22, 2021...
And yes my ECAS current status is ÏN PROCESS

I am Jan Applicant. Medical passed on 9 July, 2021. Waiting for pre arrival, DM and PPR.

ECAS says - We started working on your application on July 22, 2021
eCOPR received today. I'm a PR!!! Can't fully believe it yet. Many thanks to everyone who's answered my questions and those who asked questions that I learned a lot from reading. This forum has really been invaluable.
(I actually hesitate to share this update as I know it's hard to see someone's file go faster than one's own. I hope for everyone waiting that it's a fast smooth process for you too and while I'm relieved and grateful for myself and my family, my heart is heavy for those still waiting.
