Hope all is well. I have a long absence in Canada during my eligibility period and an edge case regarding travelling & PCC need. I prepared below example for LOE, I would appreciate if you can review and share some feedback? Thanks so much!
LOE Example -
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to explain my absence from Nov,2017 to Feb,2019 from Canada and the reason for attaching PCC in my application.
I left to India on Nov 26th, 2017 to visit my parents. I wanted to spend some time with them and also wanted to use that break for long-term travelling. I also wanted to take my parents on vacation while I was there with them. I have listed all my trips below including destination & dates. Since I did all the below trips from India, I listed my Indian address in the address history section in my application from Nov,2017 – Feb,2019. I also attached a PCC from India even though I did not spend 183 days in a row in India during my visit because I did some trips in between. But since I added Indian address during my absence, I thought to get PCC from India as well. I listed all the details of my trips in the Physical calculator as well.
Trip Details (total countries visited is around 15-16) -
Trip 1 – Country A - “from date” – “to date”
Trip 2 – Country B - “from date” – “to date”
Trip 3 – Country C - “from date” – “to date”, etc
