What do you mean? you can upload any document sending a webform or if you link you application you can update the documents on your profile

I linked the application after the AOR, but there is no place to upload any document.

I have the Fingerprints (the ink fingerprints ) from my country and it has expired. I did not travel out of Canada for more than 2 years and I did the Ink Fingerprints while in Canada. do I need to make a new one?

You must do the biometric. ink fingerprints it's different.
