Processing time of PRTD application submitted electronically(by email)-VAC closed-INDIA

How much time does it take for PRTD approval?. I have emailed all tge required documents on 20th July. Still there is no update.

My time line:
Emailed all required docs for PRTD: 25th July 2021
Passport request letter: 27th July 2021
VFS webform: 27th July 2021
Payment link from VFS: 28th July 2021
Sent passport via BlueDart courier: 29th July
Received VFS tracking ID: 3rd Aug 2021
No further update. Just shows that its in transit to IRCC New Delhi.

Yet to receive VFS tracking ID. Sent an email to "passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com" to get an update yesterday as I am unable to call them directly.

I got approved my prtd application. Though the payment link for passport submission didn't work for me. I got it in nonworking condition. I requested a new link through email. I am still awaiting reply. Please guide me how to proceed further. I am in Delhi.

The link is only activated when you are requested to submit your passport so people don’t try to pay and try to submit their passport before receiving a request.

I tried to link my application thru CIC but I already have my PR card application linked there and cannot link it. Is there any way that I could contact to know the status of my application.

I have applied prtd on H&C grounds on 7th June...... have not received any update till now..... should I contact them through webform or wait...... pls suggest the best ways? Is there any other ways to know abt application status updating.

Try to contact CIC via webform or you may call them.
