That person means DECISIONS AT ALL SINCE THEY HAD STOPPED, not the weekend I guess.
And yes CIC has started giving out decisions.

My immigration agent informed me yesterday as 3 students got negative outcomes and he also mentioned that they are giving decision to those whose visa is going to be rejected...

Some immigration agent got 8 ppr request on 1 or 2 july.IRCC do not follow any pattern.

Hi everyone, does anyone know how long it takes to get visa approved , i mean to get PPR after receiving BVL. I applied under SDS category.

Fall Intake - Sep , 2021
Application submitted - June 20,2021
BIL - June 21,2021
Biometrics Given on - July 8,2021
BVL received - July 9,2021
Medicals - Passes on July 9,2021
PPR - now waiting :)

Appreciate if some can share your thoughts!

I have applied in December and still waiting for the decision...

Got BVL on 7 th May afterwards no any update received....it's highly frustrating to wait for the final decision
 
Hello Everyone just a simple Question those who know this for surely can answer.

If you make a call to IRCC and they answer you that your Eligibility has been Passed then what does that mean exactly .?? Please answer in detail.
