Anyone knows how Sydney visa office in Nova Scotia fast?

I called today and My application's secondary office is Nova Scotia. (Primary office is Etobicoke)

Eligibility is not still opened yet and back ground checking is in progress.

Yeah I am aor 7 march.. its about to be 5 month..
I am planning on leaving for a couple of weeks in mid September.. I hope I will get the golden mail before that!
