FSW
Here we go again.. Let people vent out man, why are you always on every FSW related thread with the same boring stuff.
LMAO Its so boring fam. But its my deepest wish that the community simply ignore such people. What boggles the mind is that this is somebody who is an immigrant already living in canada but I assume somehow thinks hes Canadian lmao and lurks on immigration forums when he doesnt need to, but ofcoarse reaction scores make him feel like a forum celebrity and gives his life meaning. Theyd be better off starting youtube channels so their lovely personalities and bank balances can flourish imo.Yeah sure some Vets genuinely want to help out aspirant immigrants on their journey but this guy and the one from yesterday are just trolls with lousy lives purposefully looking for confrontations instead of enjoying the last weeks of summer chasing squirrels or something.
I wish wed just stop having arguments on the internet with strangers, lest we lose this one like the last FSW page.

1) Canada is about to reach 70% full vaccination of the eligible population (12+) in about a few days. This coupled with 81% of the eligible population receiving one dose is among the highest vaccination rates on the planet. And it’s still increasing.

2) The provinces are in different stages of reopening. While the cases have risen recently, the hospitalizations and critical cases are decreasing and deaths remain low. With such high rates of vaccination, the expectation and hope is that this would be the case going forward. Fingers crossed.

3) Fully vaccinated citizens and PRs will be allowed from US from August 9th onwards and fully vaccinated travelers from rest of the world will be allowed from Sept 7th onwards.

As I near 19 months post AOR, I know that with all the negativity around, it’s hard to stay positive. But I honestly believe that we are closer than ever to see that rain of PPRs and FSW draws we all have been waiting for.

How is IRCC able to finalize thousands of PPRs for students in 20 days and can’t issue even 1 PPR to outland applicants in a whole month? I don’t think the major problem is the staff capacity; it’s just a lack of logical or strategic approach to handling immigration at a time like this

Priority now us students. Most probably, we will wait until september. Restrictions will be lifted, school started, and ircc is free to process our applications.

I think they are deliberately refusing to focus on fsw for now. They have their priorities they are working with. I believe if they want to make pprs rain trust me they would low capacity staff or not.

This system is computer based even if they were all millipedes we will still be seeing little progress. I believe they are deliberately ignoring and when they are ready for us ITAs and pprs will rain. It’s just we don’t know when that will be and that wait is very demoralizing.

They should at least come out and say a date so people can have rest of mind. The uncertainty position they are putting us in is just wickedness and unfair.

I agree with you. I’m starting to see this as a ‘priority issue’, but it’s the lack of communication and transparency that’s upsetting.

Maybe they have planned to finalize thousands of outland applications towards the end of the year in a bid to meet this year’s immigration target; knowing fully well that it would be less appealing to send CEC invites in the last quarter as those invites may not be finalized before the year runs out. It’s possible they are using FSW applications currently stalled as an insurance package to ensure they meet his year’s immigration target. They may start conducting all program draws towards the 4th quarter as well to add to next year’s quota. My thoughts
