Hi guys, I am asylum claimant married to an open work permit holder ( work immigrant). Can my spouse sponsor me with her work permit? Is it possible for her to apply for inland spousal sponsorship to if my asylum claim is rejected?

The short answer is no. Your spouse would need to be either a Canadian permanent resident or a Canadian citizen to sponsor you through inland spousal sponsorship. This isn't possible while your spouse is on a work permit.
