You have nothing to say because there is nothing to argue against. You have the right to have your application processed, that's about it. There is no mandatory time by which they have to process anything, so stop legislating things which are nonexistent. You wait until they're done, that's it.
Just tone down your entitled way of thinking, you're criticising how things are done here and you've not contributed anything to this country yet.
I wonder who is talking with an entitled way from the very beginning? You're absolutely in no position to dictate your baseless ideas on others. How many times do I need to remind your place to you? How many times do I need to educate you on the immigration law and the rights of immigrants? You want more answers? Well, I feel generous tonight. Even against such an ignorant sheep like you.
1-) Yes, when the express entry system first introduced they passed a law to return all pending applications. It was a necessity at that time since they technically couldn't have processed paper based applications in an electronic system, and there was political support for it.
2-) IRCC must finalize all applications, and make decisions in a timely manner. Yet, they've been failing to do so since the pandemic first began. That's why people are going to federal court and winning cases against IRCC. You have no idea on how many mandamus applications have been won.
3-) You were saying FSW applicants are demanding their rights just because they paid thousands of dollars. Actually, that's untrue like all the other things you claimed today. In fact, FSW applicants are the least fee paying group in the entire immigration system after refugees. Do you know why? Because even though they don't have rich daddies to pay their ridiculous international tuition fees in Canada, they're highly educated, experienced, fairly young, in-demand professionals in their fields. That's why they pay less to apply for immigration.
Your life may have taught you that you can only demand or criticise things when you pay the most money, but life doesn't work like that. You have to educate yourself about your rights, and use these rights when the need arises. Last but not least, we can criticise whatever we please, whenever we please. This is called freedom of speech. If you had adapted to Canada, you would have knew it.
Please consider pressing that "ignore" button. You can at least manage not to steal my time or harass others with your toxic behaviour.
