Explain that there is no driver's license in the identity document, right? You can provide passport, ID card of the country of origin (fair translation is required), household registration book of the country of origin (fair translation is required), birth certificate, and my country of origin is China. I think only these are needed!

You should only get a police clearance when they ask you to provide one in case you lived in a country other than your country of persecution.
Thank you very much, I understand now! I don't want to have any contact with the persecuted country! I have lived in Canada for the longest time, and if necessary, I have no criminal record in Canada!
