Medical Status changed from 'Passed' to 'We are reviewing'.(After remedicals)

Hi all! I had applied for visa under FSW programme. My COPR got expired but I couldnot travel in stipulated time due to pandemic. Then after one year my application was reopened and we(Me and My wife) were asked to undergo remedicals within one month of medical request letter so that we can be issued fresh COPR. We completed our medicals in time. Our Medical status was changed to 'Passed' . But within two days only it was again changed to ' We are reviewing'.

Note: We have also added our new born baby as dependant before receiving this remedical request.

Quite worried. Struck in this express entry process from last two years. Your inputs are welcome. Do we need to contact our panel physician?

You may call the client support centre to understand why it changed from pass to "we are reviewing". I don't think you have to worry though.
