If everything is perfect than your application wouldn't be refused twice. So I think your IELTS raises an red flag to the vo. What your school accepted again has nothing to do with IRCC decision on your study permit file.

In my place, I am gonna take another IETLS exam and try to score that least 7 in every section just to make my profile fit the school requirement and also to assure the vo that I am capable to survive in Canada and to success in my studies. You got band 6 in 2 sections, I guess reading and writing? How can a person with band 6 in writing accomplish the academic essays in an MBA program. That's not even enough for some Bachelors.

There must be things that you can improve in your SOP as well. It may be a common logic that MBA is an advancement in this case but you still have to tackle that basing on your own profile, experiences and future plans. As someone already said, MBA is a generic business program which you can take basically anywhere in the world. Is MBA from Canada better than some countries? Yes it is, but there are also better MBA elsewhere. Why Canada, why UNB, why MBA, why now. How does a MBA help you with your future professional plans? Don't use a sample SOP. That's the last thing you wanna do. Write it by your own and ask for someone to read it. Take it serious and if necessary, hire an Immigration Lawyer. Your chance now is modest due to the 2 previous refusals. Don't rush or you gonna close the door yourself.
thanks.... I will work upon it ....

Guys, I am asking on behalf of my sister, about a refusal and future prospects to get the visa :
Profile :
B.com Graduate ( Delhi University ) - 2021 Jan. ( Recent Graduate )
No work experience
Age - 22

Course Selection : Human resource management ( 1 Year ) - Post Graduate Certificate
Algonquin College ( Ottawa )
Ielts : 7, 6.5, 6.5, 6

In SOP we mentioned this :
"
The field of Human Resource Management is vast. In my Graduation i have studied subjects like Business Organization & Management, Financial Accounting, Business and Industrial Law, Economics, Business Mathematics & Statistics, English, Business English, Financial Management etc which keen my interest in Human Resource Management.
The Human Resource Management program at Algonquin College seems to address this very well with their curriculum. Wherein throughout the program i will be required to work in teams to build human resource project stimulate interviews & negotiations in human resource planning, recruitment & selection, compensation design & administration, training & development, industrial relations, employee relations, health & safety, employment law etc.
Another reason why I am inclined towards exclusively pursuing this course is because I will get to study subjects such as Finance & Accounting, Organizational behavior, Project Management & Employment law. The basics of which I have already studied in my Graduation, however I would like to study about it in detail on a Post Graduate level and my course curriculum also offers a 4 months of unpaid internship, which will give me a great work exposure in international market which I can use as readymade international experience while applying for jobs in India when I return home"
Upon Completion, I will be ready for rewarding career in Human Resource Management. I could easily find job in many profit and non-profit organization such as hi-tech, manufacturing or retail.
I could assume the role of:
● Human Resource Generalist
● Human Resource Coordinator
● Human Resource Business Partner
● Occupational health & safety specialist
● Recruiter
● Training & development specialist
● Labor relations specialist
● Compensation analyst "

GIC Deposited - Visa lodged in SDS category
Visa lodged 9 June 2021
Medical updated 11th June
BVL 9th July
Refusal 20th July : Indicating below reasons :

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment and/or your future prospects and plans.

Note - She got a Tourist visa refusal in 2018, which i applied along with my parents, my parents got the visa , but her was refused. ( I am a permanent resident in Canada )

Now, please help me with future plans, what should be done in this case :
She has an offer from Montreal ( Where I live ) - College Name : Avalon college
Program:
ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
TECHNOLOGY (AEC - LCA.FN)
Duration: 2 year / 4 semesters

Thats one option, I can see.. but this college is not a greatest of college as compared to Algonquin ( but again, we just got refused from Algonquin, so I guess College does not matter , its the course relevancy and SOP which matters at this point, I guess, correct me if I am wrong )

Shall we go ahead with above mentioned course ?

I have applied GCMS notes today..

Please share your opinion.. i really dont understand why did they refused it, as everything fell in place as per me..

Not nice to hijack someone else's thread, especially when their case is not yet resolved.
It's better to make a fresh post dedicated to your issue.

Course matters.
College choice matters.
How good your SoP is matter. The one you have posted is terrible.

I recommend you request GCSM notes before re-applying

thanks.... I will work upon it ....
Hey Guys...... I called IRCC and came to know about refusal reasons as per GCMS notes.

1. I failed to mentioned previous refusal reason/clarification
2. my intended study cost is high, and limited employment opportunity in my home country outweigh the candidate intention to study in candida.

I think VO recklessly refusing Visas without even reading profiles and SOP.

Pls. suggest. how can I mitigate mentioned points.

I firmly believe that an MBA degree will equip me with the skills sets and understanding of complex economics and management-business tools. It will also unleash my full potential and prepare me to take new challenging endeavors in life. With a strong academic and Strong professional CV, I will be well placed to take on senior management roles in a variety of companies in India.

the above excerpt from my sop
Hello , I think you will have to improve your SOP . You have to clearly state why BE warrant MBA program . For example, you can say , you did a course in engineering economics or project management during your undergraduate studies which you’ve had genuine interest to explore more in a future business related program e.g. MBA. Or During your MBA, you will specialized in HR of marketing to equip you with needed skills to work in administration or HR department in construction/manufacturing I industries .

The problem is not the MBA, it's WHY do you need an MBA at this point in your career? MBAs don't come cheap, and it's not a logical next step for someone who has not been in management/team lead role, or who is not earmarked for that role in the near future.

Are you already playing a managerial role or likely to do so in a few years? Did you provide documents to prove this?

I was an assistant manager in previous compony.... but currently i am project engineer......i will be project manager in few years .....if i have an MBA it can act as a catalyst .....
