wow that;s crazy, why you received the AOR before me even if my AR is on 1 DEC 2020??
It's pretty well documented that they do not process in order.
An agent will be assigned a stack of applications, if your application is at the bottom of that pile and that agent takes longer to go through, it will take longer to be actioned.
