It is really simple to link with your account.
only think is you have to select option as PR card

1) Login to CIC account.
2) Go to section “Link an existing application to this account”. Click on “Link application to this account” button.
3) Select category as PR Card
4) Select “Unique Client Identifier (UCI) and Family Name”
5) Fill required details (please make sure capital, small, comma etc.)
6) Provide landing date in “Date you became a permanent resident”
7) Click on search my application.

Waiting for last email with AWB now.

Seems above are the only steps for PRTD application submitted to VFS.

I also don't have return awb, and i think it will not be sent by them as i know some applicants that were not sent return awb

Once we receive a msg of dispatch from ircc to canada visa application centre
Do we receive any other msg regarding dispatch or handover to bluedart something?

You will receive an out for delivery message from blue dart on the day they will be delivering your passport. Also you can track your passport with the tracking number mentioned in the email after 24 hours on the blue dart website.
