The VO will most likely be mentioned in the SA letter. Since you have Decision Made in ECAS, you will receive your SA letter soon
You can call IRCC to confirm.

My wife's medical status was updated on May 19th saying medical passed. No updates after that.

Its a nice question with no definite answer. Processing time completely varies from application to application.
Assuming you have already received your Sponsor Approval as well as biometric request, the next step is to just wait for pre-arrival.

Yes I did receive my Sponsorship letter 3 weeks before her medicals and her biometrics has been completed as well.

My Wife's application status on the online tool / check application status changed to "Decision Made". Her application is in LVO. How long will the passport request take? What'a timeline from here onwards?

my wife (PA) ECAS status went from application received to in process on July 22,2021 and she received medical request on July 28,2021. My question is if her file has already been transferred to respective visa office which in her case is London visa office because she never received AOR2 and also is it good sign that she received medical request after file was transferred to London? Btw we are February 9 2021 applicant and if anyone can answer my question that will be great thank you.

It is a good sign getting the medical request regardless of where the file is, it means they are working on it which is good. How do you know the file is in LVO?

I applied PR from another country now I'm in the middle of the process done my biometric, medical, got SA, due to some reason I want to move my original country and transfer my process there
