I had really hoped that by this Thursday-Friday we would get to see loads of ppr, but judging by the current situation I don't think that will be the case.

Bro, you got SOWP too, that sometimes takes a little extra time. Fearing this I didn't apply for SOWP now, I am going to wait for my SP and then apply for SOWP.
