Hi guys!

I applied on June 30. Completed my biometrics on July 22. Waiting for BVL and PPR. My account shows my biometrics but also says biometrics are required, is this normal?

You only applied like, yesterday. It's not even up to 1 month yet. Just continue waiting, you'll eventually get your decision.
Your biometrics status will update once decision is made.

According to IRCC, there is backlog in processing of biometric and medical results. Once they will process it, you will see it in your account.
