Extension of Work permit under public policy

Hi there,

I am currently apply to extend my PGWP under the public policy.
Just wanted to clarify about two things:

1) I have already a digital photo I took back in 2019. Can I use the same photo or a new one?

2) since my work permit is expiring and it says "To apply by July 27th. Does that mean I have enough time to submit my application or has to be done by July or else will get rejected?

I don't know the answer to your first question.

The application needed to be submitted to IRCC yesterday in order to qualify under the public policy. It's too late now. If you apply now, it will be rejected.

The only option you have now is to wait and see if IRCC extends the policy.
