I think roughly around 25 days to 35 days after AOR, we may see an update on Medicals and BIL as well. Processing time of applicants from USA from AOR to PPR varies between 7 to 10 months max ...

One of my friend applied from India (As we went to India from the U.S on a visit) and submitted his application in Jan 2020. He got PPR in Oct 2020.

Yeah, I did submit Upfront medical along with my dependent's medical too
