I haven't got my AOR yet, but I uploaded updated language proof via webform last Monday (if I remember it correctly as I'm quite busy...) and today I got the following email:

Good day,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

We verified the information you provided and have forwarded it to the responsible office.

Furthermore, we are pleased to confirm that the application is still in process

Since I got my application delivered on May 28th I think I should probably get AoR in the following weeks

Get mail forwarding service from Canada post to your new address. If returned, you'll get it on your new address.

CIC returns via normal stamped post not express post. I got mine returned back in December.

I was unable to create an account to check my application status. It says my UCI or App# is invalid. Did anyone else have the same issue.

You should wait for a day and try again tomorrow, I think.
