FALL 2021 APPLICANT FROM GHANA. Review has still not started . No upfront medical provided

I submitted my application on February 11,2021 and completed biometrics on February 22. Review of eligibility has still not started. I didn’t do upfront medicals and have not received a medical request either. My classes start on September 7,2021

Still no update. I sent an email but haven’t gotten any response. Tried sending a webform earlier today but I think there was a problem with the website
