Go for Non sds since this stream do not require English language provided you have satisfied the school’s English requirement. But , still apply it with your English test scores.

Do I meet SDS category?
Or do I need overall 6.5 to meet SDS category?

SDS requirement is at least 6 in each module, with no requirement of overall 6.5 bands. Fulfill other requirements (upfront medical, 1-year fee paid in advance, GIC) of SDS and go for it.

One question regarding sds, in my SOP should i give further details regarding funds? As I have already satisfied the eligibility criteria, do i need to further talk about funds or a statement from my parents in my SOP?

And one final concern, do i need to provide details of my accommodation plans for when i travel to canada , during my application or (hopefully) at POE? As ill be temporarily staying with my relatives for a few weeks, or a month or two. After which I'll search for a place to rent.

1) you can discuss the available funds you have supported by a bank statement and affidavit of support from your parents if they are your sponsor. If you are funding your studies then don't need a sponsor, which depends on your total assets and available funds.
2) Don't need to talk about any of that.
