Hello guys, i got my BVL yesterday but i had a question regarding traveling while i have applied for a study permit. So basically i applied in April and travelled to turkey on a vacation and got a visitor visa stamped on my passport. Will this cause any problems or be categorized as misrepresentation when i get a PPR and they see this when they receive my passport because i had scanned all the pages of my passport and now it has new stamps.

Dude. Don’t worry at all. If this was done AFTER you submitted your application, then they can use their common sense.
If you are too worried. Write an email to them. Which visa office is this may I know?

I am also an April applicant and got bvl yesterday. Waiting for good news now.

I am not worried about it anymore but just wanted to double check if anyone in this forum had an idea about this situation, thanks though. I applied from Qatar and my visa office would be in UAE i think

If it helps, I even have stamps in my passport a day after I applied. So. Yeah.

Oh okay, I don’t think it should be a problem anyways it’s not something bad and improves the chances as it shows travel history. Btw did you get BVL after medical request or? Also where are you applying from?

I am from India. The whole thing was a clusterfuck here (still is but improving) so I waited for 3 weeks but then when I didn’t receive a medical request, I went for upfront. Good thing I did cause after that even upfront got suspended in India and they were not sending any requests.

All this happened way back in April and got my BVL now.

Good luck to you and everyone waiting, it is after all a roller coaster of emotions. With the BVL i am hoping we get a reply by August 6 in sha Allah!

Hey, I had submitted a complete application, but a day ago I sent them a Confirmation of Enrolment letter through a webform. This document isn't explicitly needed, but I just wanted to make them aware about my situation with the university. Will this make my application incomplete or will it be fine? Rogerdude1 said it's all good, but I just wanted to know your opinion.

Great...all the best wishes. Its good that yours is from india office. My BVL was from Ottawa. Since then m stuck lol.
Thanks so much man. Your result too is around the corner. Definitely this week will bring in the good news.

Actually everyone’s kinda surprised because generally even non SDS are receiving BVL from Ottawa :/
Let me give some insights on this. The office mentioned in our BVL normally is the office where our biometrics are received and processed. Most of the time it ahould be either our primary or secondary office. So usually BVL's of sds and non-sds are normally issued and processed under Ottawa office. Even the applications who's decision came way before had their BVL issued from Ottawa from what I see.

So what I am trying to say is that the office mentioned in our BVL can or cannot be our primary office. As for SDS from india it might be ottawa is it most of the time and for Non-SDS, Delhi is the one. Some times due to work load our applications maybe transferred but it is not that common. So you folks receiving BVL from Ottawa might not mean that it is being processed in the mentioned office. Someone in this forum confirmed this by contacting IRCC before. We only will know our office by calling them or getting our gcms notes. Thanks for reading :D

I can confirm this- my BVL was issued by the Ottawa office; however the emails sent by IRCC mentioned that my file was located in the New Delhi office

Thanks for that insight man. And yes, in my numerous calls to IRCC they have said that my file is at New Delhi and they have like ZERO update and no access to current information on my file.
100 days of wait and received BVL. Not bad. The movement on the spouse app also seems good.
Just cannot concentrate anywhere else because I know the decision is due SOON.
Thanks again for the thought sharing.
