I also tried to call them yesterday. My AR is 15Th March. The agent told me that they cannot give any idea. The application might be lying in the mailroom. Then can’t even tell if the application is received. Even that we have to check through tracking number only.

Hello Everyone, My AR 3 Feb, I have filled Webform last week for Temporary file number and today received email that "Your Application is not available in the system Yet" .. .. Does any one in group received TFN ?? whose AR is in Jan or Feb . if yes when they received it.. Thanks a lot

I finally got TFN today - Dec 29 AR. I had previously tried in May and June for TFN and it wasn't available then.

after receiving the TFN, did anything changed in your status when you consult through Ecas?

No, I have never been able to find my application in ECAS or linking through CIC profile.

I think you can. But you can do nothing with the TFN.
