Finally the new system reflects that i am scheduled for Oath on August 4rth, although i have not received any email with invitation. Does anyone know how long a virtual ceremony takes?

I've updated the spreadsheet. Please post an update once you receive the oath invite email. Thank you!

You'll receive an email about a week before the ceremony.

cbsa says that we should not request for citizenship purpose. So whats the purpose we would say to request the history without any issues.

I am at the point i will poke every department until someone looks at my file and renders some decision. I will even send an email to IRCC and ask them if i should go for mandamus once they touch the 2 years mark. I have even requested notes from RCMP lol

I asked CBSA and this is what they said "I do not know if IRCC contacted CBSA, I can only provide records so if the travel history is the only one you want let me know."

Got a reply from CBSA

You may wish to make a request with IRCC for any documents they may hold. If you would like your Travel History, please submit a new request with us or IRCC, clearly stating what information you are seeking.

and now i gotta wait another 30 days .

From this you can see how incompetent the govt departments are for one small travel history they need 30 days .
30 days are much better. ;)

Story:
Dec2019: Submitted foia request with cbp.
Dec2019: Denial saying they didnt have enough information. Actually it was due to their website not storing my name and date of birth.
Jan2020: Submitted another request.
Jun2020: THey sent me 2 page records when its supposed to be 30 pages at least.
June2020: Appealed on it.
Jul2020: Received records.

Till last year, even fbi pcc used to take 3-4 months when most of the countries provided it in a month.

I think that cbsa is at normal range and reasonably responsible and accountable since they provide documents within that timeframe and ask us for more detail if required or tell us that its a different type of request hence to be newly requested, but all these things are matter of weeks or worst case 2 months.

But cic is the one exceptional who dont even work on file for 1-2 years which is no way comparable to other departments.

Well even CBSA is taking 60 days . Every department is non functional at the moment . Worse part is people having waiting for oath for months while I'm still waiting for DM .

I see that some 2019 waits for Test. Worst CIC. Cant be beaten by any dept in Canada.
