Does everyone GCMS notes have this 'Refusal Grounds' information?
Which page? After which sections this comes(trying to see where it is in gcms doc.)

There is a section called 'Refusal Grounds.' They have two sections under it and both of them mentioned my entry to Canada dates, without any notes. Just the dates.

Once again, this is weird. I do see a section called "Refusal Grounds" but there is nothing under it.

I see this (on page 11) :

REFUSAL GROUNDS

. REFUSAL GROUNDS: 0

Is there anything on your application that could constitute a refusal? Can you double check the information on your physical presence calculator and see if you have missed something?

Yes, on Page 11. It says two records for me without any notes. And one matches with my entry into Canada and second one some random update. Not sure what they mean.

But I renewed my PR last year (after applying for Citizenship and getting AOR), and there is no problem with my PR renewal. I got my new card already. So I guess, it might be some system update.

Could be nothing.

I would recommend making a note of all the questions you have and ask the call center agent what these mean when you call them.

And also there is a 'TRIAGE' section with two records. What does this 'Triage' mean? they both are updated the same day my app went into 'in process'.

There are several posts for @dpenabill on what "Triage Criteria" is.

Does it say what Triage criteria is being used? (Something like "A5", for example).

Let me ask you this => Where you self-employed or unemployed for extended periods of time during your eligibility period?

For me, the "Triage Criteria" shows 0.

No, I am a full time employee for all the period. And the Triage: number is blank (or) empty for both records. So Triage means non-routine may be?

And also the Refusal Ground record update and time matches with the day/time I got the first DL in Canada. Could it be that the DMV verified my status before granting the DL in Canada? :)

I dont think its related to it. ;) I assume most of us have DL and many others dont have it hence this is something different

Did you do the test yet? When did you apply?

Still waiting for test.

So I called the agent just now and he said, everything is good with my application and just asked to wait for next steps. There is nothing I could do now, that's what he said.

He said, that my paper file is still with Sydney even after 2 years. I asked if it could be transferred and he said most of the files are processed online so he said don't worry about it. I guess, I have to just wait. No more options. :)
