I applied for EE. I have Master Degree , with 8 band and 10yrs work ex. All other criteria also fulfills. But just 2 min after submission of my EE application, I got a message that my profile has scored 0 marks and it is not eligible for any of the programs. Please guide me why so ? What should I do now? Immediate help needed.

So you don’t have a masters, you have a one year diploma. You are not eligible for Express Entry as you don’t have 67 points.

But I am a Btech + PGDM. I evaluated only my PGDM for ECA, did not send my BTech. So, WES gave me an equivalency of post graduate diploma (one year). If I now get my BTech also evaluated, can I apply again?
Right now for EE, you only have a one year diploma. You need your BTech assessed as at least a 3 year program for a degree. Or you can try another organization like IQAS to evaluate your Masters again. You may get it evaluated as a Masters. Your choice but until then you are not eligible for EE until ECA is completed.
Yes, you would be eligible to submit a profile. Whether you get an ITA depends on your CRS score.
