Super Visa 2021

Hi all, can we apply for the 2nd super visa even within the 5 years? My parents used their two years and I am not sure what options we have. Can you please advise? Thanks so much

My father entered Canada on Visitor Visa on July 18, 2021. His Supervisa application which was submitted in Feb 2021 is still in process but he could not complete Biometrics as VFS were closed.

What should be next step to request further processing of pending supervisa application now that he is in Canada on Visitor Visa. The Biometrics letter is expired.

check this link, it says the applicant is exempt from biometrics if they're "in" Canada: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/biometrics.html

Specifically this line ... This exemption applies even if

• your application form for a work permit, study permit or visitor visa says it’s for applicants outside Canada

Maybe you just need to let them know he is in Canada now?

I got Biometric request for my mother today, still waiting for my father
Application Received: July 23rd, 2021
Biometric request (mother): July 24th, 2021
Biometric request (father): still waiting

Just make one application by indicating one your parents as a Principal applicant, and other one as Dependent.

I applied for Super-visa for my Mom, the details are as follows:
Country of Applicant : India
Application Submission : Mar 2021
Biometrics : July 2021
Upfront Medical : Jan 2021

What to expect after this? Has anyone received approval for super visa? Could you please share your timeline here as well.

As long as you met the requirements as a sponsor, your mom can apply from anywhere.

Questions are:
1. Which section I should upload my parent financial details ( bank letter etc )to prove the ties with home country?
2. How Invitation letter is different from a written and signed promise of your financial support for your parents or grandparents for their entire stay in Canada? For written promise do I have to print an extra letter and sign and scan. I have to add it to invitation letter ?

I am in process to apply super visa for my parents and before I start, have few questions. Looking if someone could help with these -

1. Can I use my gckey to apply parents super visa online and fill the questionnaire as Principal applicant (who will be my father) and add my mother as accompanying family member in the same application or do I need to create a new gckey account under my father's name and then start the application.?
2. How can I get upfront medical in India for both my parents. ?
3. Any suggestion on Insurance company in Canada?
4. Do I need to submit my parent's marriage certificate , Online documents says submit marriage certificate . what if parents does not have marriage certificate ?

hi Everyone .. I applied super visa for my parents in December 2021 from India . They got biometrics request which is scheduled in august . But they are not done with upfront medical and not received any medical request yet.
Is it possible in India that they can book medical without instruction letter while file is already in process ?
Because I am pregnant and want my mother with me here in Canada as she has visitor visa but before coming I want her to done with biometrics and medical so that if she got passport request then i can submit her passport here in Canada

1. In Client information section you can upload all supporting documents such as Explanation letter, your parents' banking info etc.
2. Invitation is about why you invite them, explain in details everything; Promise of financial support is how you are able to finance their stay.
