work expereince during military service period,possible?

Hello
Can Work Experience during military service (as a part time, 15 hours totally, at weekend + a few hours at evening during the week) could be calculated as work experience ?
What this matter would be considered from officer perspective ?

NOTE:Military service is being served from 8 AM to 4 PM (8 hours per day) and 5 days per week
