PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2021

I also sent my application same day , regular mail and got e-mail on July 14th that it was received on 29th of March. You'll probably get AOR in few days too.

Do you meet the requirements to renew your PR card?

Yes. They have no reason not to renew it, should be a formality.

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on April 1, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 23, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on July 23, 2021.

This is after clicking "Decision Made" on ecas. So I assume I will be receiving my new PR card in the mail in about 4 weeks, even though this is the description for "Decision Made":

Approval Status Determined
Your application will be either approved or rejected. You will be informed of the decision.

If your application is approved, you will be notified by mail within four weeks and invited to pick up your card at the IRCC office closest to you.

If your application is rejected, you will be notified of the decision by mail.

It's a little confusing I've never heard of having to pick up a PR Card.....

I feel like thats just a general description since for a lot of people here their status stays at decision made for a couple days and then its mailed to them later

My PR card renewal application was delivered on April 9th ( as per Canada post tracking ).
AOR received today - July 26th .
No Update on ECAS yet.

My Application was delivered on April 19
No AOR yet

I was able to get through IRCC call Center and then informed that they do not have my file in their system yet.

Few days back I raised web form as well but they asked for more details and nothing after that.

I am going to try web form one more time to see if I have any luck. Also, looking at the thread, it seems mine AOR should be around the corner.
