@InterstellarImmigrant I'm glad that it helped you out. All the credit goes to the great members of this forum who have helped me one way or another.
Also, when your medical results are updated in your GC key account, do send another email and let them know that you've completed your medicals and you should get the request letter after that.
All the best !
Hello

Am I guessing right that you are a pre March Copr holder and received the email ‘Do you….?’

Hello All,

This community has been very supportive and helpful. Just wanted to update you all that I've recently successfully completed my landing in Canada. I flew from SFO - YVR, immigration part was super smooth and literally it took less than 10 minutes end-to-end. VO asked no question other than the address we're moving in.

Please feel free to ask any specific questions you guys have. Good luck to everyone.
Congrats! Could you please elaborate about the quarantine process?
Were you exempt from quarantine and what does your ARRIVECAN say?

Can anyone help me out, i have received the PPR but it is only one letter in the name of the primary applicant. Do we just attach the same letter (in the name of the primary applicant) when we dispatch the dependent's passport in a separate package as well? Or do we send both passport's in the same packaging with only one letter? Also, do we leave page 4 of the consent form blank (biometrics, since we have already given ours) ??

Any help would be appreciated @CNP @legalfalcon @idhar_chicha
PPR is only one letter addressed to the PA.

Follow the instructions in the letter and send the passport of all the individuals mentioned in the application.

I indeed am grateful to the great members on this forum who have given me a lot of sound advice. This forum is the only way I’ve been getting a bit of an idea about what ought to happen (in an otherwise smooth case) and what may be a red flag.
And thank you again for the advice, I was initially only going to email them the eMedical form that I received from the hospital, but now I’ll be sure to send them another email letting them know that the medicals have been updated and would request for the next steps (PPR).
All the very best to you too! :)

Hi all,
I wanted to share with my landing experience this week.
I received my first COPR back in January 21, valid till 15/07/21. Of course according to the restrictions, I couldn’t travel and was waiting for it to expire and the long wait again.
when they announced that al COPR holders can now travel to Canada, and after careful consideration I decided to go even if the timeline was short. Reading through the comments here and many other threads about the renewal experience helped me make this decision pretty easily despite the cost.

I traveled from Warsaw to Toronto on a direct flight. The Polish airlines were not aware of the new rules so they double checked but they finally check me in.
The process in Toronto was pretty smooth, they didn’t ask me about any documents, POF or anything related to my application. But I was surprised that the immigration officer told me that “WE NEVER STOPPED ANYWAY WITH A VALID COPR TO ENTER CANADA AND COMPLETE THE PROCESS” regardless of issued date, she was surprised that I didn’t come earlier.
The only advice I can give for people traveling to Canada is to really make sure Covid-19 tests, proof of vaccination, accommodation are ready and in order, this is the only area that they were repeatedly asking about.

In 1 day, I applied for SIN in Service Canada, created a bank account, found a reasonable Airbnb in Vancouver and had some time to do sightseeing:)

good luck everyone.
Hi, thank you for sharing your landing experience. I have a question on filling up arrivecan app. What option did you chose for the purpose of travel? I cannot see an option like approved COPR. Thanks in advance.

Thanks - I chose : None of the Above.
You are allowed to enter Canada so in general there's no need to overthink stuff, just follow the instructions, if your case is no specified just choose "other" or "none of the above"

Hi all,

I got my re-meds done on 15th July 2021. My 30-day timeline for the re-medical request got over on 25th July 2021. My account says:

"We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details."

Was this the case with anyone else here?

Hi,

Yes i am in the same boat. Waiting for an update on that. I raised a webform asking for a status and they replied by saying we confirm receipt of your documents. However, the same hasn't reflected on my GCkey profile.

Hi,
I would suggest inquiring once at the hospital where you got your medical examination done about whether or not they have already sent your report to IRCC. Also, were you able to inform IRCC by replying back on the “Do you still want to immigrate” email? I recently got my medicals done and I replied back to them by attaching the scans of the eMedical Information Sheet that my panel physician shared with me. I was even instructed by the hospital that “when you apply for your visa, you need to send a scanned copy of this to IRCC”.
