Today my hearing last one and half hour but i got my NOD( Positive) only after 40 minutes .
I didnt have any lawyer , Had an Interpreter but he was stand by .
All conversation was between the honorable member and me .
I was on ICAC Pilot and less complex stream .
country of Origin ( a country from South east Asia)

I would like to add to my personal experience
I testified in my native language, which gave sec to prepare answers.

My lawyer was the best, he prepared me so well. At the end he prepared letter , read that and I was impressed how much work he was done

Hi guys,
Postponed my hearing twice. First one is for administrative reason just before 5 hour before and 2nd one one week before because of the judge unavailability. Anyone experienced same thing? Is it a bad sign or indication of something?
Does IRB assigned a member for specific case before and only he has to do the hearing? Or they just assigned member randomly during the day of hearing?

I would say probably it is not sign of anything. It does not indicate anything.
We do not know what is going on there, how they spread out our cases
