There's not much you can do. You can try contacting your local MP and someone from their office might be able to find out more specific information about your case, but outside of that there's nothing. The processing time is still within their service levels of 21+ months, so officially it's still "on time".

When they moved to WFH, I believe they divided up stacks of applications and gave them to different officers - so your app could be at the bottom of someones pile who works slower than others. Which explains why they're not being processed in order of date received.

How to upload medical ? I have submitted through web form but still showing ur action is required.

I have same question because i did my medical upfront and send them original tracking sheet but they requested again so now i just send them scan copy. It’s almost 10 days i submitted by webform but they didn’t give me any reply yet and it’s showing your action is required. I am wondering because I almost 10 month i did my medical upfront. Do i need to do it again ?
